You can grant respondents access via a secure login. They can complete questionnaires in several sessions as required, and anonymity is guaranteed. To ensure user-friendliness for the respondents, the layout of the questionnaires is fully adjustable and a progress indicator can also be displayed. |

You can invite your targeted respondents personally by e-mail or letter, or randomly via a website. They complete the surveys online. As required, you can print out questionnaires to be filled in by hand and process them via the data entry mode.

You can easily process your own e-mail invitations and newsletters. You can display these e-mail messages in the required housestyle and test them in advance. The e-mails are sent multipart – in HTML and text – and also in high volume. Reminders and bounces can also be handled automatically. |

Build panels quickly by importing information from panel members. New panel members can also register themselves via your website, as required. In both cases, you can check e-mail addresses for correctness and duplicates. Clean up panels easily, and automatically remove panel members that cannot be reached or are inactive. The information can also be managed manually via profile pages, even by panel members themselves. |
You can also make accurate panel selections using filters and quotas. For each panel or panel member, you can generate overviews of features such as completion time, response, activity, inflow and outflow.

Real-time reports give you an immediate view of the results. You can show these in tables, cross-references or graphics in your own housestyle. Benchmark comparisons are also possible amongst groups or over time. Scoring and alarm functions offer possibilities for direct feedback and action on – combinations of – answers. |
