NETQ Telephone Surveys lets you conduct surveys over the telephone. NETQ Telephone Surveys is an add-on for the basic application NETQ Internet Surveys >, which lets you design questionnaires and set up the panels in advance.

Automated random sampling for call agents

You can take a random sample from one or more panels of respondents using filters. This lets you set quotas for target groups and the maximum size of the random sample, as well as randomise the selection as necessary.

For the telephone survey, you set the fieldwork period with the relevant questionnaire, random sample and interviewers. You then generate call lists for each interviewer, randomised as required.

After logging in, each interviewer sees a list of the telephone surveys that they can conduct. During the telephone fieldwork, the interviewer can filter for status, make notes and plan call-back actions in the call list for a survey.
