NETQ FIELD RESEARCH SURVEYS (CAPI)
|
NETQ Field Research Surveys lets you easily conduct your own interviews on location using a TabletPC or touchscreen information pillar (kiosk) and process them immediately online. It is also possible to monitor the quota and activity of interviewers in real-time with NETQ Field Research Monitoring. |
Both fieldwork products are add-ons for the basic application NETQ Internet Surveys >, which lets you design surveys and view the results.
|
Is your target group difficult to reach online, by telephone or by post? Or is it methodologically required or for practical purposes desired to interview respondents face-to-face and/or process information immediately on location? Then collect your information efficiently using a TabletPC or touchscreen information pillar via NETQ Field Research Surveys. |

For example, think of visitor evaluations, point-of-sale interviews, mystery visits and shopping or acquiring respondents for panel research. Whether formulating with protocols for an intake discussion, inventorisation of damage, rental issue and receipt or checklists for quality assurance. All over the world, anywhere you like, with or without a mobile network connection.
| Interview results are always stored locally on the TabletPC or information pillar and automatically processed online as soon as a mobile network becomes available via WLAN or GPRS/UMTS, or more regularly via a company network with internet access. | ||

BEAbern expo is a leading Swiss provider of venues for and an organiser of trade fairs, events and congresses. It does on-site face-to-face market research and evaluations amongst its visitors.
BEAbern expo used to conduct these surveys in writing, but increasingly came up against the limits of this paper & pencil method. Processing errors piled up due to illegible or blank answers and due to the interviewers failing to ask questions or asking the wrong questions. The company’s ability to act also suffered from the weeks it took to process reports and from having the results published externally.

Following a successful pilot project during the 10-day SuisseNautic 2007 event, BEAbern expo switched over to the face-to-face CAPI survey using TabletPCs via NETQ Field Research at the beginning of 2007. BEAbern expo was impressed by the flexible possibilities for generating real-time event reports, which made management information available on a daily basis. The company was also surprised by the high degree of acceptance and response of the visitors. The personal nature of the face-to-face approach to an interview is extremely important. Ultimately, BEAbern expo values the ease with which its interviews, including new and inexperienced ones, can operate the TabletPCs. |
“The real-time reports and simple use of NETQ's face-to-face CAPI solution offer great economic value added for our trade fair evaluations.”
Martin Michel, Leiter Projektentwicklung BEAbern expo AG
The management of BEAbern expo has also decided to conduct all its future visitor surveys using the CAPI solutions of NETQ.
