| i1 | All licence types of NETQ Internet Surveys licence have identical features. It is possible to directly migrate to a higher licence type at any desired time during the licence period by paying a surcharge of the balance of both prices. |
| i2 | Shared hosting is included in the prices for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licences Pilot Edition and Professional Edition. The price of the dedicated hosted licence form Enterprise Edition > does not include hosting, server hire, SSL certificate or the licences required for MS SQL Server and Adobe ColdFusion |
| i3 | Sending e-mail invitations and reminders for response to questionnaires is free of charge and can be carried out by users at any desired time or can be scheduled to be sent automatically at a later time. These e-mail messages can be created in own corporate design and can be sent without any mention of the subcontractor NetQuestionnaires. |

| i7 | All amounts are in Euro, exclusive of VAT, and apply in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom and are under reserve of price changes. Multi-year licence contracts are subject to a discount of 2.5% in the second contract year, 5.0% in the third contract year and 7.5% in the fourth contract year. Multi-year licence contracts paid for in full in the first year are subject to an additional discount of 1.5% in the second year (4% total), 3.0% in the third year (8% total) and 4.5% in the fourth year (12% total). |
