HELPDESK
Users of NETQ Internet Surveys can rely on free basic support via the NETQ Helpdesk. They can request this support via email address support@netq.nl and/or via the option for ‘Feedback en support’ within the NETQ application.
Users may request support by telephone from the NETQ Helpdesk if they have already completed a NETQ Basic Training > course and/ or NETQ Expert Training > course. This helpdesk support by telephone can be contacted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on telephone number 0900 (BEL NETQ) 2356387 (local rate).
