SAMPLES ON THE POSSIBILITIES
Samples of question types and layout
 |
With NETQ Internet Surveys you can easily create all common question types and combinations of them. The questions can be laid out and arranged entirely as required and a questionnaire can be shown in the desired house style by using a template. In this > sample questionnaire, you will see various examples of and possible settings for the following types of question: single-choice questions (single response), open questions, multi-choice questions (multiple response), scale questions (rank in response categories) and combination questions (combination of several question types in a single matrix). |
Samples of dynamic questions
 |
With NETQ Internet Surveys you can easily create your own dynamic questions. By dynamically generating specific questions for each individual respondent, a questionnaire can be fine-tuned to a respondent, increasing its relevance for him. In this > sample questionnaire, you will see various examples of dynamically generated questions and texts via skips, conditional routing (conditional jumps, piping and filtering), basing (copying relevant answers to subsequent questions), calculations in conditions and conditional validations. |
Sample for intake panel members with linked profile page
 |
NETQ Internet Surveys can also be used to collect the personal details of respondents. In this way you can approach them again at a later date or even create a panel with them. In this > sample questionnaire you can see this type of portal for the registration of panel members. It comprises an intake questionnaire and a linked profile page that the panel member can access to change their details as required. When the respondent has completed the intake questionnaire, an e-mail containing a link to the profile page will automatically be sent by way of confirmation to the e-mail address provided. |
Sample for online scoring and reporting
The SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) is a short standardised questionnaire tool for screening the strong aspects of and difficulties in the behaviour of 3 to 16 year-olds. This > sample questionnaire concerns the version for parents or educators on 25 psychological attributes, some positive and others negative. These 25 items are divided over 5 scales. Immediately after filling in the 25 answers, a report in which the overall scores are classified is automatically generated (using mathematical calculations) on the basis of the linked scores.
